Eclipse Piston
The Eclipse NITINOL piston is a shape memory design that negates the need for manual crimping. The heat activated Eclipse has a unique shape memory zone which ensures complete (360º) gentle closure around the incus. The shape memory zone also reduces the chances of the piston body lifting from the vestibule. The Eclipse is available in 0.4mm, 0.5mm and 0.6mm dia. fluoroplastic shafts.

Eclipse De la Cruz Piston
The Eclipse De la Cruz Piston is a Nitinol piston with a shape memory design that eliminates the need for manual crimping. The unique shape memory zone ensures complete (360°) gentle closure around the incus. The shape memory zone also reduces the chances of the piston body lifting from the vestibule. The distinct feature of the De la Cruz Piston is a shorter fluoroplastic shaft for better visualization of the footplate.

Eclipse Titanium Nitinol Piston
The Eclipse Titanium Nitinol Piston is the first Nitinol piston featuring a titanium shaft. The titanium piston body provides superior imaging qualities compared to fluoroplastic. A 0.5mm depth marker is located on the titanium piston body to aid the surgeon in visualizing placement into the vestibule. The shape memory zone of the heat activated nitinol loop allows for complete, gentle closure around the incus. With the shape memory zone, the chances of the piston body lifting from the vestibule are greatly reduced.
